Generally speaking, my pedegogical approach is influences by the work of Paulo Freire on dialogic learning. I believe education should reflect the needs of students and empower them, while also creating a positive impact within their local community. Ultimately, by enabling students to engage with the world, I believe they can develop the confidence and experience needed to transform it.
